- Record one specific observation rather than a general score.
After a lesson
- Ask the teacher which point needs practice and what correct practice looks like.
- Set a manageable next step and a date to review it.
Keep a completed record privately. Avoid a child’s full name, contact information or recordings in publicly shared copies.
